Meet Our Admissions Team

Judy Henley

Director of Enrollment

Judy Henley is a past WCA Board President and has two sons who have graduated from WCA. Judy is deeply connected to what makes WCA special...and can't wait to share her perspective with you.

Rebecca Burch

Registrar

Rebecca manages WCA's academic recordkeeping, and schedule posting, ensuring those steps proceeds as smoothly as possible. She oversees the schools data management system, FACTS, which tracks enrollment data and is the actual software used to apply at WCA. She also coordinates our Learning management system, also managed via FACTS for the implementation of our flipped learning approach.

Evelina Bialon

International Boarding Admissions

Evelina is no stranger to international affairs, as she was born in Lithuania. Evelina came to WCA as a front office receptionist but her talent and organizational skills made her the easier choice to move into the new role of International Boarding Admissions. Evelina is actually a remote worker, as her husband is military stationed outside Williamsburg, but it was important to her to maintain ties to WCA when they rotate back to the Williamsburg area in the near future.
