While you are awaiting our response, we encourage you to complete the following requirements that will speed the next step of the admissions process:

• We will require an original copy of your child's birth certificate
• We will need you to complete and turn in a Records request for your child's current school. Click here to obtain that form.
• We will need a copy or information related to your child's current immunizations status.
